Join the Southend Boys' and Girls' Choirs performing Britten's "Ceremony of Carols" with harp accompaniment. The concert will also include music by Chilcott, Rutter, festive favourites and Christmas carols performed by the choirs and chamber orchestra.

The Southend Boys' and Girls' Choirs perform regularly in London's major churches and concert halls, including Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Barbican, St Martin in the Fields and St John's Smith Square. They have appeared in the BBC Proms concerts on many occasions, in addition to working with professional orchestras and ensembles, including Philharmonia, RPO, BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra and Locrian Ensemble. The choirs overseas tours have included performing in Sydney Opera House, Queensland Performing Arts Centre, St Mark's Venice, St Peter's Rome and cathedrals across Europe, US, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong.
