Award-winning father and son duo Ben Waters and Tom Waters return to the stunning Actors’ Church (St Paul’s Church), Covent Garden, for a unique and intimate candlelit concert. 

Following a memorable and much-loved performance here last year, Ben and Tom once again bring their remarkable musical partnership to one of London’s most atmospheric venues. Surrounded by hundreds of candles beneath the historic roof of the Actors’ Church, audiences can expect an evening filled with warmth, humour, virtuosity and genuine musical connection. 

Ben Waters is internationally recognised as one of the world’s finest boogie-woogie and rock ’n’ roll pianists. His extraordinary career has seen him perform with legends including The Rolling Stones, Cher, Jools Holland, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more. Jools Holland famously said of Ben: “He played at my wedding – that’s how good he is.” 

Tom Waters is one of the UK’s most exciting saxophonists, composers and performers. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, Tom has toured internationally, worked extensively with Jools Holland, composed music for film and television, and established himself as a formidable bandleader in his own right. Brian May of Queen summed him up perfectly: “You’re pure evil on that sax.” 

Having shared the stage together for more than 18 years, Ben and Tom have developed an almost telepathic musical understanding. Their performances effortlessly move between boogie-woogie, blues, jazz, rock ’n’ roll and spontaneous improvisation, creating evenings that are never quite the same twice. 

This special concert offers a rare opportunity to experience two generations of exceptional musicians in an intimate setting, celebrating the joy of live music in one of London’s most beautiful and historic churches.
