Baptisms

Baptism is the primary sacrament of the church.

Baptisms usually take place during the Sunday Eucharist at 11am. We can seat up to 200 people and are an accessible church with an access ramp and an induction hearing loop. If you or a member of your family wish to be Baptised you should make an appointment to meet with Simon, the Rector. To make an appointment please call the church office 020 7836 5221. Adults who wish to be Baptised should similarly contact the Rector and are normally presented to the Bishop for Baptism on Easter Eve in the Cathedral.

We offer Baptism to anyone who lives or works in our parish or otherwise has a strong connection to our parish or our church. Should you live outside our parish boundaries, we would seek the goodwill of your local parish priest that we may Baptise you.
