The Actors' Church is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support its diverse and growing operations. The role will provide an opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in arts, heritage, and charity administration to gain training and experience in this sector.
Location: St Paul’s Church, Bedford Street, WC2E 9ED
Type: Permanent, full-time contract with an initial three month probationary period
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support across our small office team, with duties spanning general admin, box office coordination, marketing support, and basic book-keeping. This is a full-time, office-based role in Covent Garden, with occasional flexibility for remote work as agreed with the line manager. Flexibility is important, particularly for holiday cover or special events.
You’ll be working closely with and report to the Parish Administrator, but also supporting the Rector, Treasurer, Business Support Manager, and Venue Manager.
St Paul's Church Covent Garden is a 400 year old Grade 1 listed Anglican church, nestled in the heart of London's West End and is lovingly known as "The Actors' Church".
