St Paul’s Church is recruiting a second Events Duty Manager to work alongside its current part time Duty Manager and freelance team to assist in its diverse and growing events and operations. The role will provide an opportunity for someone who has an interest and experience in arts, heritage, or hospitality and is looking to progress in their career or step back into work after a career break.

 

The purpose of this role is to be the manager on site during our range of events, this includes staff management, customer service and client relationship, alongside front of house and bar responsibilities. This is a venue, events-based role and so will require evening and weekend work on site.

Type: Permanent, part-time contract with an initial three month probationary period

Salary: £30,600.00 pro-rata (50%)

Hours: 76 hours per month based on a shift pattern, working at least two weekends a month.
