A secret garden in the heart of Covent Garden
The garden at St Paul's provides a place of quiet and respite in the busy West End of London. For over 200 years, this plot of land was used as a burial ground for the parish.
Today this award-winning space is expertly tended by our gardener Carol and her team and filled with plants to bring interest throughout the seasons.
The garden is an entirely private space and is maintained throughout the year. As the beating heart of Covent Garden, it has hosted a multitude of community events for local people as well private bookings of corporate parties, garden parties, charity fundraisers and outdoor theatre, including our fantastic resident theatre company Iris Theatre, whose outdoor productions have delighted audiences over the summers. Gazebos and marquees can be hired to be set within the garden and we are able to place you in touch with marquee and catering companies who are able to work within the parameters of the garden’s requirements.
Unfortunately, there is currently no step-free access to the lawn areas.
Weekday hire rates start from £3000.
Hospitality: Access to bar, outdoor power source and fully securable grounds.
