Multi-talented Colombian guitarist, singer and producer Juan Contento
Three outstanding poets – Paloma Zozaya Gorostiza and Mabel Encinas from Mexico and Leo Boix from Argentina
The jazz artistry of the singer Aitzi Cofre Real
The youthful inspiration of Musiko Musika’s youth ensemble ECCO (Ethnic Contemporary Classical Orchestra).
We are also proudly hosting the announcement of the winner of the Victorina Press Literary Competition 2022.
The concert is presented as part of the Voces Festival, a festival of music and poetry celebrating Chilean & Latin American culture in the UK.
From last year’s Voces Festival audiences… “The musicianship was world class. The atmosphere was intimate. A rare combination.”
“Fabulous from beginning to end. Such diversity, passion and inspiration from around the world”
And from Voces 2020… “What stands out for me is the warmth and common humanity that runs through the Festival. You all manage to convey this positive feeling at a time when we need to be reminded of what matters in life. You project into an enriched world post-Covid-19 and Black Lives Matter – a world that has to be reimagined and reinvented. We should be thanking you for pointing the way ahead!“
