Ticket Refund Policy
The Church does not issue refunds on requests made by the ticket holder. In certain circumstances, the church will look to provide the holder with another opportunity to see another event at the church.
In the event of a cancellation by either the church or the organiser, the box office will first endeavour to provide an alternative performance or event for the ticket holder to attend.
If this is not possible then the church box office will issue a refund as soon as possible after the date of the cancelled event; aiming to do so within 90 days. In the event that a automatic refund cannot be processed through the box office then the church will make contact with the ticketholder. If the ticketholder does not respond to two prompts for their details, they will not be prompted a third time. The church will hold funds for 12 months. If after 12 months ticketholders have not contacted the church box office, the money will be transferred to St Paul's accounts as a donation and no further refunds will be offered.
Please note, we do not refund the the 90p administration fee on bookings.
